How do pre-orders work?
All pre-orders will be shipped as soon as they are in stock. Sometimes this is 1-2 weeks early, sometimes this might be a few days after the street date.
If Invaders from Mars items are ordered at the same time, all items will ship together. If you want your in-stock items shipped immediately, please place pre-orders separately.
All dates, artwork and features are subject to change.
Pre-orders will be charged when you place the order.
No cancellations on pre-orders.
How do you know if a title has a slipcover?
All titles with a slipcover will have it mentioned in the listing. If it says "WITH SLIPCOVER" it has one. If not, it doesn't have a slipcover.
How are your posters shipped?
Our posters are shipped in a secure poster tube.
Is Ignite a new company?
Though the name Ignite Films might not be familiar to you, our story is decades old. In the early 1990s Ignite Films started acquiring prints to classic films in the hopes of being able to restore them. At the time care for older work was a relatively new concept and Ignite was on the ground floor. Invaders from Mars was our first home video release under our own brand. However, Ignite has a long history of B2B distribution to broadcasters, DVD distributors and film platforms. Our restored films have been presented at Cannes Classics and at many retrospectives and restoration festivals of leading archives and cinematheques the world over. Ignite is by no means a young company but our B2C brand is just getting started.

Can I add or swap out an item?
Sure, if you catch us before we ship it out. Email us asap at orders@ignite-films.com with the details.
Can I change the shipping address?

Problems and Returns

My stuff arrived damaged!
If your item(s) were damaged during shipment, please send us a picture of the damage immediately upon receipt. In most cases, we’ll ship out a replacement copy asap.
Can I return or exchange an unopened item?
All sales are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges unless items were damaged during shipping (please see above).
